I am about to set off on the florida trail and have just discovered that my storage space for a free wordpress account is all used up. To get three more GB it would cost me about $50 per year plus taxes etc and to get 13 GB it would cost 100 per year. Having just shelled out for gas to get to Florida I’m feeling a bit tight. I was wondering if my writing meant enough to folks for anyone to donate to help me cover the costs of these blogs? Otherwise when I head out in the next days I am not sure I can keep posting blogs. I could keep posting pics on instagram. I have a venmo account. I guess for now its up to you…About $5 would cover me for a month but Id rather not have to renew every month while on trail.on the brightside it would get rid of the ads…

I can help pay to read about your journey. I don’t do Venmo, but I guess you can bill me and I can send back money as long as I don’t have to give them banking numbers. Credit card is fine.I don’t know how much cell you have, but you should probably have good cell coverage along the trail to send emails. I don’t know if that is too much trouble.

You should investigate having a Patreon account. That would be an easier way to send out blog posts as well as receive help funding your adventures. And yes I would like to send you money. Do you have PayPal? How can I get some money to you?

Thanks so much. I have Venmo and I’m gonna look into other ways to blog and do things. I’m such a luddite. I find it easier to walk through an alligator infested swamp or get charged by a grizzly bear. Then I find it to deal with some of this technology slowly, I’m getting there. I’ll check out what you mentioned. I’ve never heard of it before.
